Over the past 30 years, 65,551 people have participated in LeaderShape’s Institute program. During those six days, each one of those individuals crafts a unique vision contributing to a just, caring, and thriving world where all lead with integrity and a healthy disregard for the impossible.
Many folks have fulfilled their visions and others are actively working to put their vision into reality. Last week we took a moment to share the #InstituteVision video campaign with our community. Though not everyone was able to create a video, we hope that all of the LeaderShapers out there were able to think about the work they have put toward fulfilling their specific vision.
Joan Richardson, 2016 Institute grad from Westminster College, shares her vision video below — striving to create spaces where college students feel safe, supported, and as though they have a face in the crowd.
The #InstituteVision video campaign is part of LeaderShape’s #Day7 campaign which highlights different parts of the Institute curriculum and encourages individuals to reflect on their experiences on the 7th day of each month. Be sure to follow #Day7 on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to join the conversation next month.
